Sometimes it’s sad to me that the world all speaks different languages. If American soldiers could say “Stop shooting! You killed my friend, we’re not shooting anymore!” in Arabic, Would as many people be getting killed?

Pick up any newspaper or magazine and they are all talking about how to be healthy. They list four things: obesity, not smoking, getting exercise and eating more vegetables and fruits. Those four are everywhere; it never says, “Number 5: be happy, be positive.” And it’s clearly in the ballpark with good nutrition in terms of its impact on health.

Don’t worry, be happy…
